Willapa Center
Willapa Center is truly a community-driven effort. This development is built on the site of a former hotel that burned down more than 20 years ago. It was always the dream of community members that the land would be used for affordable housing. Willapa Center includes both housing and an ECEAP (Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program) subsidized early learning center. Other thoughtful amenities include a multi-purpose room available for residents and management to reserve for meetings, events, and special occasions.
