The SHOP Affiliate network includes nonprofit organizations and public agencies working to create affordable homeownership opportunities across the Northwest. Community Frameworks provides financing, technical assistance, and practical tools to support Affiliates from early planning through project completion.

Community Frameworks’ SHOP program helps nonprofit partners create affordable homeownership opportunities across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana. Through zero-interest, forgivable loans and hands-on support, we make it easier to bring sweat equity housing to life—where homebuyers contribute labor to reduce costs and make homeownership more attainable.
With $5.25 million in HUD SHOP funding, we are supporting the development of 170 affordable homes across the region.

Project guidance and technical assistance
Support for new construction and home rehabilitation
