Exterior of Pendleton Place in Bremerton, WA.

Pendleton Place

Pendleton Place was thoughtfully designed to create a supportive living environment that promotes connection, access to services, and housing stability for residents. This development serves people with chronic homelessness, and physical and mental health.  A mix of housing options, along with deep supportive services, meet residents where they’re at so they gain stability and long-term success. Shared community spaces are incorporated throughout the project, including a community room with a small kitchen, a TV and lounge area, a computer room, and dedicated private meeting spaces for case managers and service providers. This development also includes a community garden.
