Exterior rendering of Casa MiA in Spokane, WA.

Casa Mia

Casa MiA will be a supportive place for healing and safety, with an emphasis on culturally responsive design and trauma-informed housing for Latine and Hispanic survivors. The development consists of several buildings arranged around a central plaza and community building known as “Casa Grande.” Casa Grande serves as the heart of the community and includes a shared kitchen, lounge area, and space for group activities. Casa MiA is more than housing; it is a healing-centered community that provides safety, stability, and supportive services, empowering survivors to move beyond crisis and build long-term futures rooted in security and well-being.
