Caitlin & Main is an exciting multi-functional that will include housing, a community center and be the new home of the Kelso Public Library, reinforcing the City’s vision of creating a vibrant urban village and providing residents with direct access to civic, educational, and cultural resources. Designed to serve individuals and families experiencing homelessness, as well as residents with special needs, Catlin and Main reflects a commitment to expanding supportive housing opportunities while strengthening community connections.
