Technical Assistance Resources
The following organizations can provide technical assistance to Idaho nonprofits interested in developing affordable housing.
Community Frameworks
Community Framework’s Technical Assistance Line of Business helps local community groups and organizations that develop, preserve, own and/or manage many different types of affordable housing. The technical assistance team may perform tasks for clients, but they usually design assistance to build the client’s internal capacity so they can perform their own housing development, program administration or property management functions. Visit the website for more information, and see the links to various TA toolboxes and resources.
