Planned Unit Developments (PUDs)
A PUD is a planned development consisting of diverse land uses and usually allows for flexibility in zoning. PUDs can effectively integrate affordable housing units into new neighborhoods or community developments of significant scale. Binding Site Plans may achieve similar integration of uses on a smaller scale.
