Cluster Housing
Cluster housing allows for more homes to be built on smaller parcels, often incorporating open space and other shared amenities. This helps reduce the costs of building affordable affordable housing in that it lowers the land acquisition costs and infrastructure requirements. Rural communities are increasingly requiring clustered developments in environmentally sensitive areas.
