The Community Land Trust Toolbox Overview
This Toolbox has been assembled by Community Frameworks through funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to supplement a series of workshops held between 2006 and the present in Idaho (also sponsored by HUD) regarding the development of affordable housing in high-cost areas and the creation of Community Land Trusts.
While the Toolbox is specifically designed for an Idaho audience, most of the information in the Toolbox will pertain equally to all affordable housing developers wishing to learn about Community Land Trusts
