Organizations: There are a number of national and regional organizations which provide information and support for people interested in creating and managing Community Land Trusts including:
National Community Land Trust Network

This is a national organization which serves as a clearing house for CLT’s around the country, providing online resources, library resources, a “CLT Academy” and other events in support of CLT development. This national network also sponsors a list serve. To join their list serve go to: http://finance.groups.yahoo.com/group/NationalCLTNetwork/ for up to date conversations with CLT partners and others interested in CLTs. The forum is open to all groups and individuals affiliated with community land trusts throughout North America. Northwest Community Land Trust Coalition
The Northwest Community Land Trust Coalition is a membership organization of approximately 20 Community Land Trusts in the four Pacific Northwest states. They sponsor twice-yearly 3-day training and peer-sharing gatherings as well as a CLT Capacity-Building Institute to support new CLTs with training and start-up resources.
