The Community Land Trust Legal Manual is an invaluable tool for a new Community Land Trust and also for a current one. The manual, which was prepared by ICE's community land trust legal task force, provides community land trusts and their lawyers with information about legal issues regarding organizational structure, separate ownership of land and buildings, ground leases, and equity limitation.
