For more than 30 years Community Frameworks has focused on building more vital communities in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana. We believe a quality, affordable place to call home is a great predictor of individual and family success. With a suitable place to live in a safe neighborhood, a person is better able to focus on work, health and education, and can get to know and help their neighbors. From this stable foundation, vibrant and thriving communities are born.

Community Frameworks’ core programs provide housing development and technical assistance services to an array of entities, including cities, counties, small municipalities, tribal governments and others throughout the Northwest region. Our efforts have given 142 individuals and families the opportunity to buy their first homes, developed 521 affordable rental homes for low-income people in our region, and rehabilitated 2900 owner-occupied homes and 1700 rental units.
