	Winning Limerick There once was a lass from Spokane Who got involved in a Community plan Although she had a few quirks She was able to “frame works” And eventually own her own land
Additional Limericks A chef at a kibbutz in cork Could not tell a knife from a fork His knowledge of food was so terribly rude That he served his own rabbi some pork
	There once was a nonprofit corporation Whose goal was housing across the nation Community Frameworks is the name Affordable housing is the game Building communities, what a great sensation!
Chris Venne can look so intent Each dollar he has is well spend Doing budgets and docs That knock off your socks His technique should earn him a patent
