Position: Associate Housing and Community Developer
Location: Bremerton, WA
Work Schedule: 30 hrs per week
Salary start at: $20.19/hr. (DOE)
Community Frameworks is an affordable housing non-profit developer and lender. We are looking for a ¾ time staff person with experience in escrow loan closings and loan servicing. This position will be responsible for preparing closing instructions, loan documents, follow-up on and assist with clearing contingencies, loan closing, post closing review of closed loan documents, loading loan data to database, coordinating and preparing lien releases and loan subordination agreements.
Position:
- Requires attention to detail
- Ability of effectively communicate with internal and external customer, co-workers and management
- High level of organization and attention to accuracy and detail is required
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive issues with tact, discretion and diplomacy
- Familiarity with mortgage and construction lending
- Familiarity with consumer and small business loan documentation and regulatory compliance
- Non-Profit experience desirable
- PC, Excel and Word proficient
