Our plans range from 3-5 bedroom homes depending on family size, need and income. GREENFIELD ESTATES is a 36 lot subdivision in north Spokane near Francis Avenue and Havana Street. We have five house styles to choose from ranging from a three bedroom 1 bath rancher to a possibility of a five bedroom two bath split-level.
TAKODA PARK is located south of Spokane and in the Cheney, Washington school district. Take Exit 272 off of I-90 and the site is located off of Thomas Mallen Road and Hallet Road. Takoda Park is a 69 lot subdivision and will have a community park. We are offering the Columbia, Kitsap and Wenatchee house styles in our first phase of 10 homes.
