Homestarts' Application
To become a HomeStarts homeowner, the first step is to submit an application. There are several ways to do this:
Fill in the application on-line and submit it electronically as an e-mail attachment to our office. Download the application from this site and fill it out. Then you can send it by mail or drop it by our office. Email us your name and address and we will mail you an application packet. Drop by our office and pick up an application packet. HomeStarts uses a first come, first served method to match qualified applicants to the homes available. Each application will be assigned a completion date when all required information is turned into our office. The required information is listed on the Application Checklist.
After HomeStarts receives a completed application, it will be reviewed to determine if the applicant meets the program requirements. Once eligibility has been determined, the applicant will be placed on a waiting list according to the completion date on the application. |
