In partnership with community based organizations and public agencies, the Community Frameworks Development Services team functions as a full-service real estate developer for organizations building affordable housing and community facilities in the Northwest.

Development Services works in partnership with city, county, tribal, non-profit and other organizations throughout Washington and Idaho to develop affordable housing and/or supportive services projects for local communities. These projects include multi-family rental housing, emergency shelters, housing with supportive services for seniors and people with disabilities, and social service program centers, as well as preservation of existing federally subsidized housing that is at risk of conversion to market rate housing. Projects typically use both public and private funding sources and involve complex multi-source financial structuring.
Development Services clients share our philosophy that every person ought to have the opportunity to live affordably in their own community, in an appropriate environment that enhances personal well-being and helps the neighborhood to thrive.
