The goal of the Community Frameworks Development Services team is to work with non-profit, county, tribal, city and other private organizations to develop affordable housing and supportive services facilities for people in the Northwest.

With more than 35 years of knowledge and experience, Community Frameworks has mastered the complex array of activities that make-up affordable housing development - funding acquisition, site acquisition, project feasibility analysis, green building regulations, and others - to assist an assortment of charitable organizations with supplying affordable housing and supportive services for people who are low-income and/or have special needs. By expanding affordable housing availability in the Northwest, Community Frameworks fosters community growth and viability.
