Community Frameworks' first-time homebuyer program offers homeownership opportunities with affordable monthly payments to qualified buyers. The program provides 100% financing and both down payment and closing cost assistance. Our Certified Housing Counselors teach education classes on budgeting, credit and mortgage basics to help families become mortgage ready.

Community Frameworks' Development Services team works with city, county, small municipalities, tribal governments, and others as a full-service real-estate developer to provide project planning, determine feasibility, assemble financing packages and facilitate the construction of affordable housing and/or supportive services facilities. Project development specialties include affordable rental housing, emergency shelters, and senior and special needs housing with supportive services. |

Self-help Homeownership Opportunity Program (SHOP) uses grants from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to provide zero-interest forgivable loans to nonprofit organizations and public agencies that sponsor self-help programs in the Northwest. |
